I just started this blog... it's taking more than I had anticipated to gather my courage to write about my life with PTSD, Agoraphobia. and general anxiety...
So far, I've only been able to read other blogs...and at most, make a comment about it.
soon enough, hopefully, I'll be making a post about my life...* hope* being the operative word here^^

- I am J, 30 yr old female, have 2 dogs, and living with Agoraphobia, Hikikomori, anxiety, and PTSD(mouth full). I have a B.S. in Statistics and Economics and worked for a large, impersonal Investment Bank for several years. I have lost contact with my friends that I once had due to this psychological condition and many other things. I hope I can use this blog to help myself get better...and take one day at a time. AND SORRY FOR MY GRAMMAR. My English is not perfect by any means.
